Description:

Ava is a beautiful girl who came to us with her puppies from a high kill shelter in North Florida.  She was a wonderful mommy and her puppies are gorgeous. They've been adopted and now it is Mommy's turn.  Sadly, Ava's previous owner had her debarked (a controversial method of dealing with a dog's natural behavior) yet Ava is still a sweet and social, people loving dog and will make a wonderful family companion.  She does have an extreme interest in small pets (i.e. rats and possibly cats) so she is best to be adopted in a home without those.
