Welcome to A Second Chance

As an all volunteer foster-based rescue group, successful adoption stories are the only compensation we seek! Our Foster Caretakers, who spend weeks or months loving the animals in their care, always want to know how their “babies” are doing once they have found their forever homes. We hope that the adoption of a pet is not the end of a process but the beginning of a relationship between A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue and our adoptive families. Ty

Ty (renamed Cooper) is doing great. He was a bit timid when he got here, but is growing more confident every day. There are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood and he is becoming friends with a lot of them. He is a sweet dog and I am very happy I adopted him. I have an older female dog (10) who has welcomed him and two cats, who are afraid of him but are warming up. I am attaching two pictures, one of Cooper and one of him with his new sister.
