Welcome to A Second Chance

As an all volunteer foster-based rescue group, successful adoption stories are the only compensation we seek! Our Foster Caretakers, who spend weeks or months loving the animals in their care, always want to know how their “babies” are doing once they have found their forever homes. We hope that the adoption of a pet is not the end of a process but the beginning of a relationship between A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue and our adoptive families. Apollo

Louie is doing fantastic !! He has adjusted well and is the perfect puppy to have around. Only issues are basic puppy issues. He is 99% potty trained, still in a chewing mode, and still has a touch of kennel cough that is being monitored very carefully by his vet. He is attentive and very obedient for his age. When we got him he was 5 lbs. And now he is almost 8!! Absolute joy to have and I'm pretty sure he likes it here too! He get attention almost all day. My daughter takes two evening classes a week and my son is here for the summer. Mike Czajkowski Chaz Equipment
