Welcome to A Second Chance

As an all volunteer foster-based rescue group, successful adoption stories are the only compensation we seek! Our Foster Caretakers, who spend weeks or months loving the animals in their care, always want to know how their “babies” are doing once they have found their forever homes. We hope that the adoption of a pet is not the end of a process but the beginning of a relationship between A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue and our adoptive families. Peter Pan

Thank you. we actually changed his name to Diesel instead of Peter Pan. BUt he is doing great, he has gotten so big already. All our dogs get along real well and so far he is good with the kids. He does pee alot all over the hous, but my neighbor that trains german shepards told me that puppies cant control thier bladders until 12 weeks. So we just follow him around with a mop! But he went to hid follow up vet appointment a few days after we adopted him and he has a clean bill of health, and this friday he is going to go get groomed with the rest of the dogs. Other than that not much else to tell. And if/ when we are ready to ever get another animal we will definately come to second chance animal rescue first
