Welcome to A Second Chance

As an all volunteer foster-based rescue group, successful adoption stories are the only compensation we seek! Our Foster Caretakers, who spend weeks or months loving the animals in their care, always want to know how their “babies” are doing once they have found their forever homes. We hope that the adoption of a pet is not the end of a process but the beginning of a relationship between A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue and our adoptive families. Bogey

Bogey is doing just fine! I've attached a few pictures but there are more at his facebook page (Bogey Ryan) along with a few videos of him playing in the yard. He's bonded with our first rescue ("Garson" aka Zoey) from your group and made himself at home already. He loves playing in the backyard, wrestling with his new big sister and snuggling up on the bed with us at night. He learned the layout of the house and yard pretty fast so the "nose bumps" are becoming fewer and far between. I took him to my vet last week for his final set of shots and he's been given a good clean bill of health. He's putting on weight and filling out nicely. I couldn’t be happier with his progress and he is just such a bundle of love... kisses kisses and more kisses! Thanks again for bringing such joy into my home. I am now twice blessed with puppy love!
